Email support@newagebots.com from the address connected to your subscription. Include a short description of the issue and any on-screen request number. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or game credentials.
Billing and subscriptions
Use My Account to manage your subscription and billing details. For duplicate charges, billing mistakes, or refund questions, email support with the invoice number shown by Stripe.
Cancellation and refund details are available in the refund and cancellation policy.
Security reports
Report suspected account compromise, unauthorized access, or a security issue to admin@newagebots.com. Please do not include passwords or secret keys.
