Information we process

We process account and service information such as workspace settings, trusted-device records, optional integration identifiers, watchlists, alert routes, support requests, and product usage records. We may process an email address, name, billing address, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, invoice status, and payment totals when you subscribe.

When you sign in or use a subscriber device, we process its label, platform, IP address, network provider number, approximate country, security state, and recent activity time. We use this information to enforce device limits, investigate account sharing, protect subscriptions, and troubleshoot delivery problems.

Stripe processes payment-card and bank details. New Age Bots does not receive or store full card numbers, security codes, or bank login credentials. For trial-abuse prevention, we may retain Stripe's non-reversible payment-method fingerprint.

When you request a trial, we process the selected realm, email, privacy-preserving device and network markers, and Stripe's non-reversible payment-method fingerprint. We do not ask you to post in game chat or provide a KoH player ID, screenshot, password, or game login. Claimed payment-method fingerprints are retained as permanent single-use eligibility markers so another email cannot reuse the same free trial.

The service also collects and organizes publicly observable Kingdoms of Heckfire information, including player and clan names, identifiers, statistics, rankings, realm or map locations, and changes to those records over time.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate customers, deliver searches and alerts, maintain history, operate subscriptions and invoices, prevent abuse, provide support, diagnose reliability issues, and improve the service. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers and disclosures

We share only the information needed for providers to perform their services. These providers include Stripe for billing, optional communication integrations, and infrastructure providers used for hosting, networking, storage, security, and monitoring. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect customers, the service, or others.

Retention and security

Account, subscription, audit, and support records are retained while needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting duties, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. Public game-observation history may be retained to support historical comparisons. Subscriber network history is restricted to administrators and retained only while reasonably needed for security, abuse prevention, and support. We use access controls, encrypted connections, secret separation, and logging controls, but no online service can promise absolute security.

Your choices

You can update billing details through the Stripe Customer Portal and disconnect any optional integration through that provider. To request access, correction, or deletion of customer account information, email support@newagebots.com. Some records may be retained where legally required or necessary for security and fraud prevention.

Age and policy changes

The service is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the service changes and will post the revised effective date here.
