New Age Bots subscriptions renew monthly. You stay in control through Stripe's hosted Customer Portal.

Canceling a subscription
Open the New Age Bots Discord bot and run /billing portal to open the Stripe Customer Portal. You can cancel there at any time. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and access remains available through that date.
Plan changes
Eligible plans can be changed in the Customer Portal. Stripe displays any prorated charge or credit before the change is confirmed. A scheduled cancellation can also be reviewed from that portal.
Refunds
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins. We will review duplicate charges, billing mistakes, and extended service failures caused by New Age Bots. We also provide refunds where required by applicable law.
Send a request to hello@newagebots.com with the email used at checkout and the invoice number. Do not send card details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe; bank processing time varies.
Failed payments
Stripe may retry a failed renewal and notify you. Access can be paused while an invoice remains unpaid. Updating the payment method in the Customer Portal lets Stripe retry the invoice without sharing payment details with New Age Bots.
