The service

New Age Bots provides subscription software that collects, organizes, and processes publicly observable game information to provide player and clan intelligence, rankings, searches, watchlists, and automated notifications. Features may be marked beta, limited, or unavailable while they are being tested.

New Age Bots is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by A Thinking Ape Entertainment Ltd., Discord, or Stripe. Game and company names belong to their respective owners.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for your Discord account, authorized servers, configuration, and anyone you permit to use your workspace. You may not use the service to harass others, violate law or third-party rights, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, extract data at abusive rates, resell access without written permission, or misrepresent New Age Bots output as publisher-authoritative data.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars before checkout; applicable taxes may be added where required. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge the selected payment method for each renewal. Plan changes may produce prorated charges or credits that Stripe shows before confirmation.

You can update payment information, review invoices, change eligible plans, or cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal opened from the bot. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless law requires otherwise. The full refund policy is available on the Refunds and cancellation page.

Availability and game data

Publicly observable game data can be delayed, incomplete, duplicated, or incorrect. Alerts are informational and are not guaranteed to arrive within a particular time. We may change, suspend, or retire features to maintain security, legal compliance, data quality, or compatibility with third-party services.

Intellectual property

New Age Bots retains its software, interface, documentation, and original content. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the purchased service during an active subscription. You retain ownership of content you provide and grant us permission to process it only as needed to operate and improve the service.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available” without implied warranties. New Age Bots is not responsible for game decisions, missed events, third-party outages, account actions by game publishers, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes, suspension, and contact

We may suspend access for nonpayment, abuse, security risk, or a material violation of these terms. We may update these terms and will publish the new effective date. Questions can be sent to hello@newagebots.com.
